What are pieces made from?
Some earrings are made from veg tan leather (hand painted) and ropes on while the others are made from either leather scraps. Our necklaces are are also made from veg tan leather and leather which is a by-product of the meat industry. Our classics are made from faux leather. The pot planters are made from recycled tins which are embellished with genuine leather. The bags are made from suede, veg tan leather and leather which is a by-product of the meat industry.
Where are your designs made?
All designs are handcrafted by myself in my home studio, in Tlokweng Botswana.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer world wide shipping.

How do I clean my earrings and necklaces?

How long will it take to recieve my order?
To minimise waste, all items are made to order. The jewellery takes 4 to 10 working days and bags take 7 to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays for production not including shipping (which can take from 3 - 7 working days via DHL Express depending on the destination and customs). If you need your item for a specific event, take this into consideration when ordering.
Can I get a refund?
Since all Xita pieces are made to order, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we do offer exchanges, provided the following conditions are met:

A valid receipt must be presented for all exchanges.

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the purchase date.

Items must be returned in a clean, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Please note:
All Xita pieces are handmade, so slight variations in size, pattern, or colour may occur. These are part of the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered faults.
Exchanges are only offered for items that are deemed faulty—specifically, if they are not of satisfactory quality as per consumer guidelines.
Will my item look exactly like the one I saw online?
Since our pieces are handmade, there will be slight variations in size, pattern and colour which make them extra special as they add a unique character to the handcrafted pieces.
